The US Department of Commerce has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have imposed broad restrictions on Chinese-made drones, easing fears of a sweeping import ban. The U.S. Army will field the long-anticipated Bell MV-75 tiltrotor aircraft this year ahead of its former schedule, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George announced at the Army’s Senior Leader Sitrep town hall meeting that premiered online today. The Bell MV-75, previously designated the Bell V-280 Valor, promises greater maneuverability in the air than traditional helicopters. Boeing delivered 600 commercial aircraft in 2025, marking its highest annual total since 2018 and signaling continued progress in the manufacturer’s multi-year recovery effort. The company said it handed over 160 commercial airplanes in the fourth quarter alone, led by strong output from its 737 and 787 programs.
