Riyadh Air has officially added three new cities to its growing network, which already includes London-Heathrow (LHR), Cairo, and Dubai.
On April 20, 2026, the Saudia Arabian startup announced that Madrid and Manchester would form part of its international network and Jeddah for domestic travel.
“As we move closer to full operational launch, every new destination brings us closer to building a network designed for the new era of travel, connecting Riyadh to the world and shaping its role as a global hub,” wrote Riyadh Air on social media.
Riyadh Air attempted to build up the suspense before announcing the new destinations by asking social media users to guess where else the airline would be flying to.
Last month it was widely reported that Riyadh Air was planning to operate an initial network of 15 destinations.

Although not officially published by Riyadh Air, a preliminary route network was published by Airport Coordination Limited (ACL), a British company that acts as a slot coordinator at several major airports worldwide.
However, the fact that a destination appears in the ACL report does not necessarily mean it will be operated.
Among the destinations listed were Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Manchester (MAN) and Madrid-Barajas (MAD), Cairo (CAI), Amman (AMM), Dubai (DXB), Islamabad (ISB), Lahore (LHE), Mumbai (BOM), Bangkok (BKK), Kuala Lumpur (KUL), Jakarta (CGK) and Manila (MNL).
The carrier has already officially confirmed operations to London-Heathrow (LHR), Cairo, and Dubai from King Khalid International Airport (RUH).
Riyadh Air completed its inaugural passenger flight on October 26, 2025, after departing Riyadh King Khalid International Airport and landing at Heathrow (LHR) six hours and 48 minutes later.
The passengers included staff members of Riyadh Air and of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the Saudi sovereign wealth fund, as well as partners and other invited guests.
The first commercial flights are planned for launch later this year.
