Immfly, Gogo and Eutelsat’s OneWeb partner to offer LEO inflight connectivity

On January 22, 2026, Barcelona-based inflight services provider Immfly announced that it is partnering with satellite operator Eutelsat and inflight connectivity provider Gogo to offer high-speed broadband connectivity through Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.

The deal, which is aimed primarily at the low-cost and ultra-low-cost airline market, brings together the core competencies of all three firms: Immfly’s expertise in the provision of entertainment and retail services onboard passenger aircraft; Eutelsat’s OneWeb LEO satellite constellation; and Gogo’s next-generation electronically steered antenna technology.

According to Immfly, a full installation on a narrow-body aircraft can be completed within 24 – 30 hours. This process involves fitting the aircraft with an Immfly’s Equilux Aero server and Gogo’s Plane Simple electronically steered antenna (ESA).

In addition to connecting to Eutelsat’s OneWeb constellation, airlines installing this system will also be able to access Immfly’s integrated digital ecosystem, which includes entertainment and retail offerings.

“Narrowbody aircraft remain disconnected, and we’re bringing them into the digital era through Eutelsat’s OneWeb high-speed LEO connectivity services and Gogo ESA hardware, enabling ancillary revenue growth, streamlining operations, and providing passengers with connectivity on par with their ground experiences.” stated Jimmy M. von Korff, Executive Chairman and co-founder of Immfly, in the press release announcing the partnership.

The advent of LEO satellite technology, spearheaded by SpaceX’s Starlink, has sparked a competitive race across the airline industry to offer passengers with high-speed and low-latency broadband at very low prices or, in many cases, even for free.

Immfly, which is currently accepting requests for pilot programs, plans to launch the service before the end of 2026.
