WARSAW, Poland — A blast that destroyed a train track in a village south of the country’s capital Warsaw was an act of sabotage, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Nov. 17, one day after the resulting damage was detected on the rail link used to connect Poland with Ukraine.“Unfortunately, the worst suspicions were confirmed. Between November 12 and 15, London Gatwick added Jet2, Condor, and Qanot Sharq to its portfolio. A few days before, the Isles of Scilly Skybus confirmed Gatwick service. It’ll replace the now-defunct Eastern Airways on the Public Service Obligation service from Newquay. It was temporarily to fly an ATR 72 from Blue Islands, but that carrier also no longer exists. Boeing has reached an agreement with Air Senegal to purchase nine 737 MAX jets, in what is the largest aeronautical contract in Senegal’s history.  At a press event at the Dubai Airshow on November 17, 2025, Boeing and Air Senegal confirmed the two parties had signed a letter of intent (LOI) as a preliminary understanding. PARIS (AP) — Ukraine signed a letter of intent to buy up to 100 Rafale warplanes from France, the Ukrainian Embassy and the French president’s office said.Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and French President Emmanuel Macron signed the document on Monday stating that Ukraine is considering the possibility of buying French defense equipment, including Rafale jet fighters, Macron’s office said.
