The UK Defense Secretary said the Russian ship pointed lasers at a RAF P-8 Poseidon while on the edge of UK waters off Scotland. The Russian intelligence ship Yantar is currently sailing on the edge of UK waters off the coast of Scotland, monitored by the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy. We live in an era where many airlines are constantly seeking ways to unlock new routes and improve cost-efficiency. The emergence of long-range single-aisle aircraft has significantly reshaped the aviation landscape. In our guide, we will explore how Airbus has revolutionized long-haul travel, but not with massive widebody jets as one might think, but through the clever evolution of its single-aisle family. We’ll look in particular at how the deployment of the Airbus A321LR and subsequently, the Airbus A321XLR changed the game: opening up new direct routes, enabling operators of all kinds to fly thinner long-haul markets, and making narrowbodies…
The KC-135 was used to expand tactical communications across joint and combined forces for contested, multi-domain operations, and is now testing the High Value Airborne Asset Pod. The Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC) has just disclosed that its KC-135 Test Detachment, working alongside the Utah Air National Guard’s 151st Wing, tested advanced connectivity systems aboard a KC-135 during the recent Resolute Force Pacific 25 (REFORPAC 25) exercise in July. It’s common for airlines to send out post-flight surveys (and they’re worth filling out, because they do matter). However, here’s an interesting variation on that, as I don’t think I’ve ever received a survey like this… Alaska sends me survey about flight on partner airline I recently redeemed Alaska Atmos Rewards points for travel in Aer Lingus business class. Today, I received an email from Alaska, asking me to rate the flight: We want to hear from you Our records show you recently flew from Dublin to Boston. Your flight was on Aer Lingus, a partner of Alaska Airlines. We’d…
