WARSAW, Poland — The Polish Ministry of National Defence has selected the country’s new submarine, opting for the A26 Blekinge, a design offered by Sweden’s Saab.The decision followed an intense competition between six European and Asian nations. The Polish Armed Forces has finalized an order for 96 AH-64E Apache attack helicopters from Boeing under a US government Foreign Military Sales contract worth nearly $4.7 billion.  According to a statement from the planemaker, this order marks the largest number of Apache aircraft ordered outside of the United States in the program’s history.  The Polish Ministry of National Defence (MND) is already in the process of training pilots and maintenance personnel for the attack helicopter.  The MND currently leases eight helicopters from the US Army.  Christina Upah, Vice President of Boeing’s Attack Helicopter Programs, said the deal enables Boeing to start creating “one of the largest and most formidable Apache fleets that the world has ever seen”.  “Working closely with…

Shared by aviation insider JonNYC, via videos and posts shared via his X account, shows a ground-based staff member being tragically hit by an American Airlines Boeing 787 while taxiing towards the gate at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). According to reports by JonNYC, the individual is also now hospitalised and remains in intensive care. Envoy Air has recently announced that it has taken delivery of a brand new Embraer E175. As first posted on Facebook on November 25, 2025, the new plane is registered as N320BK and was flown from Brazil to the US on the same day. From there, the aircraft performed operational flights and will soon enter service. According to ch-aviation, Envoy Air now has 133 E175s in its fleet, consisting exclusively of the Embraer E-Jet family. The Airbus A340-300 scheduled to serve Lufthansa flight LH560 on November 23rd never took off. The stranded passenger manifest included a trio of especially unusual flyers. The prime ministers of Finland, Denmark, and Luxembourg are stuck at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) on their way to the EU-Africa Summit, which is taking place in the Angolan capital of Luanda.
