Qantas announced that it will launch the world’s first non-stop flights between Australia and Las Vegas in December 2026, establishing a new seasonal route that eliminates lengthy connections through other US cities. A C-146A Wolfhound operated by AFSOC reportedly struck a concrete barrier while taking off from a road during an exercise, causing injuries to the five occupants and significant damage to the aircraft. Hello from Canada, as I just flew Scandinavian Airlines’ (SAS) Airbus A321LR business class on the 8hr10min flight from Copenhagen (CPH) to Toronto (YYZ), a flight I booked with Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles.
