AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG has signed an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Services agreement with Alpha Star, strengthening maintenance support for the Riyadh-based private aviation operator’s fleet. The deal was formalized during a signing ceremony at Alpha Star’s chalet at Dubai Airshow 2025.
Under the agreement, AMAC Aerospace will provide AOG assistance to Alpha Star’s private jets, with both companies aiming to expand the partnership as Alpha Star prepares for future growth in the business aviation sector.
Waleed Muhiddin, chief marketing officer of AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG, said the agreement underscores AMAC’s ongoing investment in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) market.
“AMAC Aerospace is expanding its partners and growing its client base through continuous commitment to quality and unrivalled customization that matches client demand in the private aviation sector,” Muhiddin said.
Alpha Star CEO Abdulnasser Alkheraif said the collaboration supports the operator’s long-term ambitions under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy.

AMAC Aerospace, headquartered in Basel, operates a large maintenance and completion center serving private, VIP, and corporate aircraft. Alpha Star provides charter, medical evacuation, and private aviation services throughout Saudi Arabia and internationally.
