Airbus has announced that it delivered 78 aircraft during October 2025, bringing its total deliveries for the year to 585, thereby keeping the company on track to meet its production goals for 2025.

The European manufacturer appears to be steadily increasing its monthly deliveries, with 78 aircraft conveyed to 36 customers in October 2025, up from 73 deliveries to 41 customers in September 2025.

Delivery race continues

According to Airbus’ latest report on orders and deliveries, the planemaker has delivered a total of 585 aircraft to 85 customers so far in 2025. This takes in both narrowbody and widebody aircraft, including 522 single-aisle jets from the A220 and A320 families, as well as 63 widebody jets, which comprised 23 A330s and 40 A350s.

The company is targeting around 820 commercial aircraft deliveries for the year. This leaves about 235 aircraft to be handed over in the final two months of 2025, amid ongoing challenges in the global supply chain such as engine shortages.

During October 2025, Airbus also secured 112 gross orders. In contrast, during September 2025 Airbus only secured 10 gross orders, a significant decrease from the 99 orders recorded in August 2025.

Airbus’ total gross orders so far in 2025 have reached 722 aircraft, which includes 521 single-aisle jets plus 111 A350 and 90 A330 widebody jets. During the year, Airbus has had 97 aircraft orders canceled, leaving 625 net orders from the original 722 gross orders.

For 2025, Airbus expects to achieve an adjusted EBIT of roughly €7 billion and free cash flow before customer financing of about €4.5 billion.
