I hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far, and that those in the Middle East are staying safe. I have some exciting (to me) travel planned in the next week, as I’m going on my first cruise in around two decades. Stay tuned for coverage on that, as I hope to finish up my current trip report before then.

On the points & travel front, this week the biggest news involved the issues in the Middle East, given Iran’s response to the attack by the United States and Israel. Beyond that, GOL announced its first long haul wide body route, Delta announced some major leadership appointments, plans were revealed for the St. Regis Queenstown, Amex opened a new “Sidecar” lounge concept, and more.
