The Safety in Aviation Forum for Europe (SAFE 360˚) conference strives to break down silos by examining the key safety issues in Europe from a cross-domain perspective. The conference includes the full spectrum of aviation stakeholders taken from up and down the technical and management chain.
The conference follows the “Chatham House Rules”, which allows its participants to talk freely without judgement. Attendees are asked not to identify and take information out of the conference without the source’s permission.
SAFE 360° 2025 will be an in-person event and will be held in Cologne from September 30 to October 1, 2025 at the Pullman Hotel.
Who should attend SAFE 360° 2025
SAFE 360° 2025 is aimed specifically towards safety and operational teams from airlines, aerodromes, air navigation service providers (ANSPs), maintenance organisations, and manufacturers, as well as associations, staff representatives, and authorities. Until 1 September, priority will be given to those coming from the EASA Member States.
Terms of participation
SAFE 360° 2025 is an open exchange of ideas where speakers and participants shall abide by “Just Culture” principles.
It is therefore required that all the participants and speakers commit themselves to respecting the following terms of the Charter of Conduct governing every interaction that will take place during the conference:
- all information is property of the presenting organisation;
- the information shared will by no means be used for any commercial, competitive, or punitive purpose; and
- the information presented to the participants will not be shared with external parties without the clear and written consent of the owner.
It is not allowed to record (audio or video) or take photographs of presentations.
Anyone not following the terms for participation to SAFE 360° 2025 may be asked to leave the event.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations shall be made in writing until two weeks before the start of the conference to SAFE [at] easa.europa.eu (SAFE[at]easa[dot]europa[dot]eu). A 25 % non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration will incur. Refunds will be processed after the event.
Delegates who request a cancellation 13 days or less before the start of the conference, or delegates who fail to attend the event without prior notice, are liable for the full attendance fee.
The attendance fee will not be pro-rated, should delegates not attend the entire event.
