Cebu Pacific is set to resume flights between Manila and Dubai on July 2, 2026, following safety assessments and coordination with airport authorities.

The Philippine low-cost carrier announced on May 19, 2026, that it will operate four weekly flights between Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) and Dubai International Airport (DXB) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The resumption covers flights 5J 14/15 and 5J 18/19 on the Manila-Dubai-Manila route.

Rebooking for affected passengers

Passengers whose Dubai flights were previously cancelled can now rebook through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website.

The airline encouraged travelers to check their flight status online and ensure that their contact details are updated to receive timely notifications.

Riyadh flights continue

Cebu Pacific will continue to operate four weekly flights between Manila and King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh.

Outbound flights from Manila are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, while return flights from Riyadh to Manila operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
