Changi Airport Group (CAG)  has unveiled an underground people-mover system that will enable connections between the future Terminal 5 and Terminal 2 within just four minutes, offering a glimpse into Singapore’s massive airport expansion infrastructure. China has conducted the first flight of a large jet-powered unmanned aircraft designed to carry and deploy dozens of smaller drones, marking a significant step in the country’s push toward long-range, networked uncrewed aircraft capability—often referred to as drone swarms.  The “mothership” aircraft, known as Jiutian, or “Nine Heavens,” took off for the first time in December 2025 from the Pucheng region of Shaanxi Province, according to Chinese state-linked reporting and defense media coverage. Thai Airways welcomed its first Airbus A321neo aircraft on December 25, 2025, marking the beginning of a significant fleet expansion for Thailand’s flag carrier. The aircraft, registered as HS-TOA and given the royal name ‘Bowonrangsi’ (meaning splendor or honor), arrived at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) following its delivery flight from the Airbus Delivery Center in Hamburg, Germany.  Thai Airways’ Chairman Lavaron Sangsnit, board member Chansin Treenuchagron, and CEO Chai Eamsiri attended the welcoming ceremony along with executive management and guests. Lockheed Martin is to supply Taiwan with 55 Legion infrared search and track (IRST) pods under the US Foreign Military Sales program, strengthening the Taiwan Air Force’s ability to detect and track airborne targets using passive sensors. The US Department of Defense described the requirement as an urgent operational need for Taiwan.  Adding passive sensing to the F-16 fleet  Legion is an external podded sensor system built around Lockheed Martin’s IRST21.
