BERLIN — An aerial video from Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Russian-occupied Ukraine appears to show Russian military trucks parked in the facility, in what would likely be a breach of international law. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has notified UK-based Southern Aircraft Consultancy (SACI) that all its aircraft registration certificates are invalid because the company was in violation of US citizenship requirements when it submitted applications.
