ANA Holdings has unveiled its fiscal year 2026 flight schedule, detailing a 5% increase in international capacity alongside new Boeing aircraft deliveries and a reorganization of its cargo network.  The plan also includes domestic route adjustments and the integration of recently acquired Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) into the group’s operations. Ethiopian Airlines has placed an order for nine additional Boeing 787-9 aircraft, according to an announcement by the US manufacturer.  Although disclosed on January 20, 2026, this order was reportedly finalized in December 2025, shortly after the Dubai Airshow.  During that air show, Ethiopian Airlines also firmed an order for 11 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft and secured eight Airbus A350s, six directly from the European aircraft manufacturer and two more through an agreement with leasing firm Novus Aviation Capital.  This is a follow up order for the African carrier, which had previously ordered 11 787s and 20 737 MAX…

PARIS — French carmaker Renault will start manufacturing long-range strike drones under a contract with the country’s Directorate General for Armament, and in partnership with local defense contractor Turgis Gaillard.Renault confirmed the plans after French trade publication L’Usine Nouvelle reported the carmaker will produce the drones at its factories in Le Mans and Cléon, west of Paris, in a contract that could be worth as much as €1 billion (US$1.2 billion) over 10 years. Renault is preparing to manufacture a new long-range military drone, Chorus, in France under a partnership with defense company Turgis Gaillard The move could lead to a contract worth around €1 billion over 10 years with the country’s defense procurement agency, the Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA).  French outlet L’Usine Nouvelle reports that Chorus is a multi-role long-range loitering munition designed for both strike and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.
