Denmark is considering purchasing Boeing P-8 maritime patrol aircraft to help boost maritime surveillance around the Faroe Islands and Greenland, both semi-autonomous Danish territories. Denmark will look to collaborate with other NATO countries or proceed with the purchase itself. The news comes shortly after Singapore officially selected the P-8A Poseidon as its next maritime patrol aircraft.
