Aero Linx: International Scientific and Technical Soaring Organisation The Training and Safety Panel (TSP) collects and discusses safety records from member countries, compares training methods and successes, and develops strategies for mitigating risks through safety and training initiatives. The TSP holds biennial 2-3 day in-person meetings. Every 4th year the members hold a 3 day flying meeting to practice the various training methods and skills taught in the member countries.
