04.14.26: Innovation Preview 2026, CiES Enhances, New AvNav APP Gene Conrad led the 2026 Innovation Preview with great news about the health of the SnF Aerospace Expo… with much improved advance ticket sales (and last year was already a record setter), massive site improvements, and gratitude for the dedication of the thousands of volunteers that make the event happen each and every year. With a 4 Cylinder DeltaHawk now heading for production, and the 6 cylinder (which will have MASSIVE HP) now heading for tooling, we were VERY enthused to get details of TWO 2 cylinder variants that will support a number of military applications, but will also be made available for MOSAIC class projects. One variant looks to be VERY competitive with the Rotax 912 series… more news to follow. The non-prop side of Hartzell has acquired Aerox… a vendor of all things aviation oxygen. Aerox had built up a significant GA, Commercial and military oxygen products portfolio and the addition will join the Precise Flight line. All this — and MORE in today’s episode of Airborne!!!
