The conference is fully booked, registration closed on 27 May. Please note that we do not accept payments of conference fees on-site.

The 2025 edition of the EASA-FAA International Aviation Safety Conference will take place from June 10-12 in Cologne, Germany.

After last year’s theme of “preparing for the next decade”, the conference this year will focus on addressing the nearer-term challenges we face and ways to maintain and increase safety levels, to uphold the strong reputation of the aviation industry for safe operations.

The theme of the conference is Aviate, Navigate, Communicate: The Path to Enhanced Safety.

The conference will feature keynote speeches, flash talks and panel discussions involving high level representatives from EASA and the FAA, as well as other aviation authorities, aviation associations and industry to address the topic of:

  • keeping our safety record high by addressing the current priority safety issues (aviate);
  • looking at the emerging safety threats and innovations, planning ahead and enhancing our system’s resilience (navigate);
  • cooperating and sharing information (communicate).

A social event, including dinner, will be held on the evening of June 10. The dress code is business casual.

EASA looks forward to welcoming you in Cologne for this event. Please mark your calendars for June 10-12, 2025 and set notifications for updates to this page if you are a registered user of the EASA website.
