With EASA’s research project “Impact of Security Measures on Safety” drawing to a close, this webinar has been organised to present a final update.

This project has been implemented to better understand the scope and nature of interdependencies between aviation safety and security. The final dissemination webinar will focus on the project’s findings and outcomes, drawing together insights from all tasks to showcase how the research translates into real-world impact. The session will highlight key outcomes, illustrated with practical examples and case applications. Through presentations, interactive sessions, visual summaries, and a panel discussion, the webinar will also encourage reflection on future priorities and how these learnings can inform ongoing practice and policy. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions via Slido and provide a question for the panel discussion at the time of registration.
