Historically, Hilton Honors has done an amazing job with its global promotions. Unfortunately that has started to change in recent times, both in terms of the frequency and the generosity of the offers.
The good news is that Hilton Honors has just opened registration for its latest promotion, which runs through the end of the year. It’s better than nothing, but it’s also not much to get excited about, unless you consistently make very short and inexpensive stays.
Hilton Honors’ new global promotion is called Stay More, Earn More, and with this, members are able to earn 1,500 Hilton Honors bonus points on every stay. It doesn’t matter how long you stay, what brand you stay at, or how much you spend, it’s the same no matter what.

There are some details to be aware of:
- The promotion is valid for stays between October 1 and December 31, 2025 (you must check-out by December 31)
- Registration is required prior to your first eligible stay, though it’s fine if you booked prior to registration
- There’s no limit to how many bonus points you can earn, you start earning rewards with the first stay, and there’s no minimum stay required
- It can take up to six to eight weeks for bonus points to post, though they’ll typically post much faster than that
- All stays booked directly with Hilton, including award stays, are eligible for this promotion

How generous is Hilton Honors’ Q4 2025 promotion? The math on the Stay More, Earn More promotion is straightforward. Personally I value Hilton Honors points at 0.5 cents each, and you’re earning 1,500 bonus points per stay, which is a $7.50 incremental return. That’s better than nothing, but barely.
This is of course in addition to standard points earning rates. Under normal circumstances:
On top of that, you can maximize your Hilton Honors points earned from hotel stays by paying with a co-branded Hilton American Express card. These cards earn points at the following rates on eligible Hilton purchases:

Bottom line
Hilton Honors has just opened registration for its new global promotion. Between October 1 and December 31, 2025, members can earn 1,500 bonus points per stay, no matter how long the stay is, or how much it costs.
This is better than the previous promotion we saw, which offered 1,000 bonus points per stay. However, other than that, this is among the weaker promotions we’ve seen from the program. This is obviously best for those making cheap or inexpensive stays, or redeeming points for stays. For those making longer or more expensive stays, this offers very little value.
One thing is for sure — between less frequent and less generous promotions, and horrible award pricing devaluations, staying at Hilton properties isn’t as rewarding as it once was.
