The Chase Ultimate Rewards program has just added its newest transfer partner. It’s great to have more options, though the value proposition here isn’t necessarily that great.
Transfer Chase points to Wyndham at a 1:1 ratio
The Chase Ultimate Rewards program has just added Wyndham Rewards as its newest transfer partner. As is the transfer ratio for all partners, Chase Ultimate Rewards points convert into Wyndham Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio.

Chase Ultimate Rewards is the third major transferable points currency to partner with Wyndham Rewards. Capital One and Citi ThankYou are also 1:1 transfer partners with the program.
Please don’t transfer Chase points to Wyndham, though
While it’s always nice to see more partners for the major transferable points currencies, this is a transfer partner I absolutely wouldn’t recommend using.
On the most basic level, I value Wyndham Rewards points at around 0.7 cents each. As a point of comparison, I value World of Hyatt points at 1.5 cents each, and both are 1:1 transfer partners with Chase Ultimate Rewards.
So this isn’t a dig at how Wyndham doesn’t have a great luxury portfolio, but instead, this just isn’t a program where a 1:1 transfer ever makes sense. This seems like a program where a 1:2 ratio would be more appropriate, but that’s unfortunately not what we’ve seen with any transferable points currency up until now.
For what it’s worth, Wyndham Rewards properties generally cost either 7,500 points, 15,000 points, or 30,000 points, for a free night award.

Bottom line
Chase Ultimate Rewards has added Wyndham Rewards as a transfer partner, with points transferring at a 1:1 ratio. While having more transfer partners is a good thing, this absolutely isn’t how I’d recommend using my Chase points, given that I only value Wyndham points at 0.7 cents each. There are much better uses for your points.
Could you see yourself transferring Chase points to Wyndham?
