Anduril Industries’ YFQ-44A combat drone, one of two jet-powered uncrewed aircraft competing in the US Air Force’s Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program, completed its maiden flight on October 31, 2025, marking a key step toward fielding autonomous “wingmen” to fly alongside crewed fighters.  The flight took place at Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville, California. Norway and NHIndustries (NHI) have reached an amicable settlement resolving all disputes related to the country’s terminated NH90 helicopter program, the two sides announced in a joint statement on November 3, 2025.  Under the agreement, NHIndustries will take back all NH90 helicopters previously delivered to Norway, along with spare parts, tools, and mission-specific equipment. Airlines continue to plan for next summer, and Lufthansa is no exception. In the weekend’s schedule update, the Star Alliance member scheduled seven Airbus A380 routes. It came as Qatar Airways announced the start of superjumbo service to Singapore. Unlike last year, Lufthansa is a few months later in scheduling its summer A380 plans.
