LOT Polish Airlines has announced an expansion to its presence in North America by launching a new route between Warsaw and San Francisco in May 2026. The United States remains one of LOT’s key long-haul markets, with growing potential for both business and leisure travel, says the carrier. ROME — Italian propulsion firm Avio is a few weeks away from naming the U.S. state where it plans to build a factory employing up to 1,500 to satisfy growing demand for a solid rocket motors.“There are several states under active consideration, we are in the final stages of due diligence,” said retired U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Saab and Embraer, in partnership with the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), have completed the certification flight test campaign for in-flight refueling between the F-39 Gripen E and the KC-390 Millennium. The milestone deepens the connection between Brazil’s next-generation fighter and its homegrown multi-mission transport.  The campaign, known as Operation Samaúma, was carried out at Embraer’s Gavião Peixoto facility, home to the Gripen Flight Test Centre.
