It signals the start of an expanded test phase that will shape the aircraft’s path toward certification and entry into service. The NTSB released its preliminary report into the May 14 crash that killed all four people aboard an air ambulance near Ruidoso, New Mexico. The Beech C90 King Air was flying from Roswell, N.M. with two pilots from Generation Jets and two flight nurses to pick up a patient. The aircraft was on an instrument flight plan.
