Save Up To $75 On Hyatt Hotel Stays With Amex Offers (Targeted)

The Amex Offers program frequently has promotions for hotel stays, which can save you money or earn you bonus points for stays you’d make anyway.

We’ve just seen Amex roll out a new offer for select Hyatt properties, which is the first such Amex Offers deal that we’ve seen in some time. Let’s go over the details, as it could save you money on some upcoming stays.

Spend $300+ with select Hyatt brands, save $75

There’s a targeted Amex Offers deal that can earn you a $75 statement credit when you spend $300+ at select Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Centric, Grand Hyatt, or Destination by Hyatt properties worldwide. It’s possible that there’s also a version of the offer for 7,500 bonus Membership Rewards points rather than $75, which I’d consider to be a better deal (since I value Amex points at 1.7 cents each).

As you’d expect, there are some terms to be aware of:

  • Save $75 when you spend $300+ across one or more transactions (up to 25% back)
  • This is valid when you pay for your stay between March 23 and June 30, 2026
  • This is valid at select Hyatt properties worldwide, and the full list can be found here; while not all hotels belonging to the above brands participate, the good news is that this covers select properties worldwide, so this isn’t just limited to the United States or North America, as some Amex Offers deals are
  • The terms state that you need to book directly with Hyatt to take advantage of this
  • All room charges, including taxes and fees, should qualify toward this offer
  • Registration is required
Save $75 on a stay at select Hyatts

You can split a hotel bill to maximize value

This Amex Offers deal can get you up to 25% back, which is an awesome return. Admittedly the $300 threshold is pretty low, though, and you should always maximize your return on hotel spending.

That’s why it’s important to remember that you can typically split your hotel bill at check-out, to maximize value. So if you have this deal, you can ask the front desk agent to charge $300 to your eligible Amex card, and then charge the balance to a card that maximizes your return on spending, in terms of offering the most points per dollar spent.

Bottom line

There’s a new targeted Amex Offers deal that could save you money on an upcoming Hyatt stay. Specifically, you can get $75 back if you spend $300+ at a Hyatt property that’s on this list. I appreciate that this offers up to 25% back, as that’s a phenomenal return. If you have any upcoming stays, this is definitely worth taking advantage of.

Do you see this Amex Offers deal on one of your accounts, and if so, do you plan on taking advantage of it?
