For quite some time now, Hilton Honors has been offering a bonus to new members who complete eligible activity. While this offer was supposed to expire at the end of 2025, it has now been extended by a few more months, though with updated terms. Admittedly this is pretty niche, as it’s only for those who aren’t yet members of the Hilton Honors program.
New Hilton Honors members can earn 3,000 points
New members of Hilton Honors can earn up to 3,000 bonus points after three paid stays:
- To take advantage of this promotion, members must enroll by March 31, 2026
- Members earn 500 bonus points after the first stay, 1,000 bonus points after the second stay, and 1,500 bonus points after the third stay
- Stays must be booked directly with Hilton
- Stays must be completed within six months of joining Hilton Honors
- Hilton Honors awards don’t qualify toward this promotion
- There’s no registration required
Personally I value Hilton points at ~0.5 cents each, so that’s an incremental $15 worth of points after three stays, by my valuation.
This is better than nothing, but it’s frustrating how Hilton Honors has continued to make this new member offer less valuable, while also massively devaluing points, and having significantly less lucrative global promotions.
Either way, if you are new to Hilton Honors, make sure you register for global promotions, as they at least help to boost points earning opportunities.

Bottom line
New Hilton Honors members can earn 3,000 bonus points after completing three stays. This is in addition to the points that can usually be earned. So for those few OMAAT readers who aren’t yet Hilton Honors members, this promotion could be worth taking advantage of, even if it’s not much to get excited about.
