The 2025 edition of the Dubai Airshow is under a month away. As the region’s biggest airshow gets nearer, the organizers have now released the first wave of attending aircraft.
200+ aircraft are expected to be on show at the
2025 Dubai Airshow, up from 192 at the previous airshow in 2023. So far, the organizers have announced just 60 aircraft, suggesting that there are still many more to be added to the lineup.
Which Aircraft Are Already Confirmed?
As mentioned, only around a quarter of the expected aircraft at the Dubai Airshow this year have been confirmed. It’s no surprise that the likes of Airbus and Emirates will bring a full complement of planes. However, there are some aircraft missing, which we’ll touch on later. Aircraft already confirmed for the show in alphabetical order by exhibitor include,

Notable Gaps In The Lineup
There remain some notable gaps in the lineup, but with only a quarter of the expected aircraft announced, there are obviously a lot more announcements on the way. We will, of course, update this list as and when they are announced. However, there are some obvious omissions.
Of course, there are Dubai Airshow favorites, such as the other United Arab Emirates carriers. Typically, Etihad Airways also brings an aircraft or two to display alongside the Emirates jets. It would be the perfect opportunity to show off its new Airbus A321LRs, for example. Meanwhile, Air Arabia also usually brings an aircraft.
Will Boeing Bring Aircraft To Dubai?
Another big question concerns whether Boeing will bring any aircraft to this year’s Dubai Airshow. While airlines have taken Boeing aircraft to recent airshows, the planemaker didn’t bring its test aircraft to Farnborough in 2024 or Paris in 2025. The 2021 Dubai Airshow was the 777X’s airshow debut, and it was undoubtedly a highlight of the flying display in 2023 and 2025.
Instagram Account @b777xlovers has spotted that one of the Boeing 777X test aircraft has seemingly been performing airshow rehearsals at Moses Lake in Washington. This suggests that Boeing could be gearing up to bring the 777X once more. Undoubtedly, the Boeing 777X will be a hot topic regardless of whether it flies in, given that
Emirates has recently seen the delivery timeline slip again from 2020 to 2027.
