EASA’s Annual Safety Conference 2025 will take place as an in-person event in Copenhagen, Denmark on November 12-13.

The theme for the conference is “Aviate-Navigate-Communicate – Safety Today, Safety Cross-Domain, Safety Tomorrow”. The event is being held in conjunction with Denmark’s EU presidency and in cooperation with the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority.

This year, the conference will focus on key issues that we see as threatening aviation safety today. High-level speakers from all aviation domains and aviation authorities will come together to agree on the main current threats and the best ways to focus on addressing these.

We will look at topics such as cross-domain issues, human challenges in maintenance, competitiveness, ¡Conspicuity, equipment and infrastructure and the transition to Sustainable Aviation Fuels. The outline agenda is below, and will be updated with panellists and speakers in due course.

The 1.5-day event will take place at the Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen.  It will begin early in the afternoon on Wednesday November 12 and continue for the full day on Thursday November 13. There will be a moderate fee charged to cover the conference costs.

A networking get-together, open to all participants, will be held on the evening of November 12. This social event is sponsored by the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority,
