Simple Flying's New Feature: We Need Your Help

Here at Simple Flying, it’s our goal to keep our readership informed and up to date about all aspects of aviation. This tends to come in the form of the written articles that you all know and love. We’re now looking to complement our offering and become a wider resource for readers to interact with with the launch of Seat Maps.

To kick things off, we’re starting with a seat map of the Delta Air Lines A320-200 to help you make the best possible seat choice. We’re excited about launching this new project, and you can explore the first seat map now! As always, we’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions.

We Welcome Your Feedback!

We have plenty of big ideas for this project, but it is still very much in its ‘beta’ phase right now. With this in mind, we would welcome any feedback you have about the initial launch, which we hope will help us refine our offering as we add more airlines to our repertoire further down the line. Would you like specific aircraft or airlines? Side-by-side comparisons? Pardon the pun, but the sky truly is the limit here!

As such, readers are invited to share their thoughts in the comments below. We’ll read every submission and use these to guide any adjustments going forward as we carve out a unique platform. With your help and our expertise, we will be able to create a comprehensive library of seat maps so that readers know all they need before their trips!

What Can You Expect?

The seat maps that we will present will have all the visual features you can expect from such diagrams, with a comprehensive and detailed depiction of the aircraft’s layout, including its different cabins and other amenities.

While airline seat maps are a familiar concept to many of us who know and love modern commercial aviation, our offering will look to convey all the relevant information, with that special Simple Flying touch. By using our editorial expertise, we are able to provide commentary on the finer details of the seats in question, such as in-flight entertainment, WiFi, and power supply, in order to help inform your decisions on where to sit on future flights.
