Delta Air Lines has been investing a lot in its lounge network lately, including expanding the network of Delta Sky Club® locations, plus opening Delta One Lounges. The airline has now opened its newest Sky Club, and it will more than double lounge capacity at one of the carrier’s hubs.
Basics of the new Delta Sky Club Salt Lake City Airport
As of late October 2025, a new Delta Sky Club has opened at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). It’s located in Concourse B, right near the exit of the tunnel that connects Concourse A and Concourse B. The new lounge is open daily from 5:45AM until 10:30PM.

Delta’s latest Sky Club is 34,000 square feet, with seating for 600 guests. This makes it the second biggest Sky Club location in Delta’s entire network. It also complements the 28,000 square foot Sky Club in Concourse A, which was the biggest in the network, back when it opened in 2020.
Delta describes the new Sky Club as being a “haven of elegance” that “pays homage to Utah’s natural beauty through a thoughtfully curated design,” and claims that it’s “elevating the travel experience with restorative comfort, innovative amenities and a deep sense of place.”
The lounge boasts airfield views, and amenities like a wraparound premium bar, nine soundproof telephone booths, an extensive food buffet, and two beverage stations. Delta Sky Clubs are pretty consistent, so there’s nothing that should be too surprising here.
Here’s how Delta VP of Lounge Experience, Claude Roussel, describes this:
“Salt Lake City continues to be a key hub in our network, and opening our second Delta Sky Club at the airport reflects our deepening commitment to the market. This space was designed with direct input from our customers—what they love, what they need and how they want to feel when they travel. From the seating layout to the food and beverage offerings, every detail was crafted to deliver an elevated experience that makes the lounge feel like a home away from home.”
Talk about a nice hub lounge capacity boost!
Delta’s new Sky Club in Salt Lake City looks great. However, what stands out to me most is that we’re seeing Delta lounge capacity at the airport more than double overnight. To go from 28,000 square feet of lounge space to 62,000 square feet of lounge space is awesome, and it should make for a much more pleasant guest experience.
Best of all, this is only the beginning. We should also soon see the opening of an Amex Centurion Lounge at the airport, which will have largely overlapping entry requirements. There are also plans for a Delta One Lounge at the airport, though we don’t have any details about how big it will be, or when it will open.
Bottom line
A new Delta Sky Club has just opened in Concourse B at Salt Lake City Airport. The 34,000 square foot facility features the carrier’s latest lounge design, and also more than doubles capacity, given that the other Sky Club is 28,000 square feet. This is great news for Delta flyers with lounge access who pass through the airport.
