Aero Linx: Sentimental Journey to Cub Haven Sentimental Journey Flyin began in 1986 with a group of dedicated volunteers working to provide a sentimental return to Lock Haven, the airplanes built by Piper. Almost all of the famous “tube and fabric” Pipers made their first flight from this very runway. Now in our 39th year, we are hoping to draw all makes and models of airplanes, especially taildraggers to our Flyin. This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever! All pilots will find a welcoming home on our long grass runway. Special notice: Sentimental Journey welcomes the Short Wing Piper Club Annual Convention, which will run simultaneously with the 2025 Fly-In.
